Please let us know at the time of booking whether credit card payment is your preferred payment option. A small service fee may apply & payment is usually required in $USD only.
We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance to cover accidents, theft or cancellation.
No rain checks or compensation will be given for non-attendance, rain or cancelled activities, while on tour. Meals not taken are not refundable.
All cancellations should be sent in writing by SMS, fax or e-mail to Siam PGA Holidays Co., Ltd. In case of cancellation, we will refund in most circumstances*:
- 100% of your paid deposit if more than 60 days prior to your arrival.
- 80% of your paid deposit if more than 30 days prior to your arrival.
- No refund if less than 15 days prior to your arrival
*Unless the booking was made on a No Change and No Refund basis.
Required travel documents:
Valid passport (citizens of most countries do not require visas for stays up to 30 days in the Kingdom of Thailand).
Will be provided from airport to your hotel and to all tour events and back.
